Job Description

Scribante Construction is looking for a Truck Driver, to join our team. The Code 14 driver will be responsible for the delivery of materials to the client’s site, ensuring that he/she maintains all safe operating procedures, as well as controls related to the optimal delivery of goods.

Minimum Requirements
  • Male, between the ages of 25 and 50
  • Valid Code EC Drivers licence with PDP
  • At least 5 years of experience driving a heavy-duty truck (average mass of 20 tons) with manual gears
  • At least 2 years of construction (or related) industry experience
  • Good knowledge of truck gauges and workings
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Able to work flexible/long hours when required
  • Medically fit
  • Mechanical knowledge of trucks advantageous
